unstocked minibar locked safe
the room was clean the bed was acceptable
the minibar was not restocked daily i found this inconvenient the safe was locked upon arrival i had to call reception for assistance also the tv remote needed new batteries it took a while for someone to bring them

fresh juice relaxing area kind staff
I found the breakfast selection diverse. it included dates, nuts, fruits, cheese, and olives. Several different crepes were available. omelets were prepared fresh. the pool area was very beautiful and relaxing and i was able to hide to read and relax.
the bed wasn't the best.

excellent service and attention to detail
excellent service decorated surround
the breakfasts had lots of choice and great variety i had a traditional hammam and massage at the spa it was relaxing. rooms were super clean and beautifully decorated i felt a real sense of pride from the staff.
